Bragg Hill Farmhouse

Fayston, VT

This beautiful farmhouse dates back to the early 1800’s, making it one of the oldest homes in the Mad River Valley.    With a commanding view of the mountains both south and east, this home was in need of some updates that also honored the history and original beauty of this family  farmhouse.

The project included insulation and air-sealing upgrades, a new copper and Douglas Fir entryway, new bathroom, bedroom, mudroom with custom built cabinetry, a new staircase, wood stove, several new windows, and a full exterior makeover with historically accurate detailing.

With these beautiful and tasteful upgrades this farmhouse is ready to stand proud for the next few centuries.
